That looks wonderful! (As does the cinnamon bread you posted recently.)
I was wondering if you could recommend a substitute for the nut butter?
Thanks in advance!
Part of the trick here is to use a loaf pan to shape our "bread" into bread sized 'squares'. Total hit in our house today. Recipe and step by stephere

NICE! I was just going to use Udi's GF bread (low carb), but yours looks tastier.
Throw some bacon & avocado on there, and you'll have my favorite cheat meal from Kneaders![]()

NICE Bork Bork!
Joanie - I've been pondering subbing olive oil for the nut butter and seeing if it would taste to "eggy" that way. Apple Sauce or Pumpkin Puree or banana might work too. I've not tried them with this combo of ingredients. Let me know if you find a sub you love! I've got my eye out for one too![]()

Pumpkin puree! That's an idea. Almost as dense as the nut butter. Maybe add a touch of bacon fat. Thank you!
