boiled eggs, olives, dried sausages, piece of dark chocolate, some nuts, pieces of fresh coconut, small piece of cheese, gurkin rolled in slice of salami or other meat you'd put on bread.
If you are away from home just take a small serving with you so you don't overeat.
Don't make a habit of snacking, but if you feel faint before a real meal eat something. Some says I eat 2 meals, some days 5 smaller meals including snacks.
