I've always been a fan of Hansen's Diet Soda and their many flavors (tangerine lime, root beer, black cherry etc.) I know in the book it says to avoid diet sodas, but is this really dangerous? Here's the ingredients list for the tangerine lime flavor:

Pure triple filtered carbonated water, citric acid, natural potassium citrate, acesulfame potassium, sucralose (splenda), natural fruit flavors with extracts of California tangerines and Florida and/or Colima limes

0 calories, sodium, carbs, sugar etc.

What do you think?
