Hi, I'm doing a 4 day fast at the moment and i'm into my 3rd day which is a little hard now but will keep going.
Only drinking water and just one cup of tea a day(for something warm at night)
Will be back to eating on Friday but was a little unsure what to introduce myself back with as i do not want to get an upset stomach? Any suggestions?

Anyone ever went longer than a 4day water fast?
