It's so frustrating.
I can't find full fat cream without carrageenan in it, and it would be really helpful to have it. The cottage cheese is nice because it has a good amount of protein, so if I'm in a hurry and don't have time to cook meat, cottage cheese is right there ready to go. I never drink milk though. And I really just like the taste of the greek yogurt, but I could do without it.
I can't have coconut milk anymore. 
I found out that was the culprit of some major intestinal distress that I was having a few months ago, so pretty much all coconut is out unless it's a very small quantity.
