Breakfast seems to be holding. The thought of lunch is actually mildly sickening.

I hope you're feeling better soon. Being sick sucks.

I'm impressed by your FL accomplishments! I'm still struggling with keeping my routines. When things happen out of routine (i.e. not coming straight home after work for whatever reason, having to do something mid-evening, etc), I tend to let my routines go. I need to pick them back up b/c the real work begins on Tuesday!

Thankfully, yesterday's illness didn't make me fall behind on FL. The bedroom is usually the neatest room in the house, because we reserve it solely for sleeping, amorous activities, and getting dressed.

Definitely the flu. The chest tightness, headache, sinus pain (not the sinusitis kind), and muscle pain found me today. One more hour of work and I can go home, get the roast in the oven, and take a nap on the futon.

Finally awake. Not mentally awake, and still feel sick, but I can't sleep anymore. Most of the gunk is gone, aside from the fatigue, headache, and mental fuzz. Maybe some muscle pain. Geek might be coming down with it. I hope not.
I think I'm done with experimenting with restrictive diets. I'm going to go back to straight sulfite free. That will mostly be primal, because I won't be making my own grain products very often. I might splurge on corn tortillas every once in a while. Not sure on legumes. Cheese is still not my friend on a sulfite free diet (or off, for that matter.)

Sorry you are feeling so bad naiad! The flu sucks!! But yay on keeping up with your FL routines! Not having to worry about clutter & having a clean house has got to make a person feel a little better!! I love walking into our bedroom & bathroom & having everything neat & not cluttered! It's a good feeling!
    Goal: Don't worry be happy!

So long as you don't look at my sick nest in the living room, the house is pretty clean. I'm not looking forward to tackling the laundry room, though. That's gonna be a bitch, because it's our secondary catchall room.
I still have the sick taste in my mouth. Brushing my teeth, scraping my tongue, and gargling with the Orawellness stuff hasn't helped. It's actually making me a little sick to my stomach. I know it's post nasal drip and it's associated gunk, but it still doesn't help my stomach.

Blegh, yeah, I gargled a lot today. Neti pot only helped for a little while. Why is it that the stinging of something clean on my sore throat feels so soothing?
