    Perk to waking up toodamnearly: I was able to tailor my work polo down for a woman's frame a size smaller than the smallest they had, after working out.
    Dhansak, I hear ya. I eventually quit going to the gym when I realized I could do better at the house (with a power cage.) No leaving the house, no meatheads, and I can work out in my sports bra and pajama pants without stares (Geek's still asleep when I work out.) No excuses because it's right by the front door, maybe 10 steps away.
    Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, steak in one hand, chocolate in the other, yelling "Holy F***, What a Ride!"

    Ditto, (apart from the bra)! As long as you got the motivation, it's not a drama, also save about 40 a month!

    My insurance company(ies) can suck it. Either they can pay the rest of that bill or the hospital can eat it. I'm not paying more than my co-pay, even if it is less than $100 more. It's the principle.
    Lunch was 4 bits of sushi (leftover from last night) and leftover spag. Had Fourbucks just now, don't regret that either.
    I'm a bit miffed at my body right now. It appears to be growing and shrinking in ways that make clothing even more difficult to find. Waist shrank, ribcage shrank, boobs stayed the same, hips grew, thighs gre, calves grew and nothing doing on the belly. I'm already an hourglass, which the modern fashion ijit doesn't design for. I don't need corset like curves that make it even more impossible. (Granted, I'll learn to tailor better if my body keeps doing this, because I like what I'm seeing in the mirror, it's just irritating that designers either design for a stick or a wheat belly with stick legs.)

    Workout- 5x5 80 lb squat, x5 60 lb bench press and 1x 125 deadlift.
    For those who've been following me closely and know the stronglifts progression, that deadlift is 5 lb more than I should've had. That's because I tacked on another 5 lb to make this statement:
    I JUST DEADLIFTED MY OWN WEIGHT!!!!!! I didn't think I'd ever see that.
    The just shy of half my weight bench press is pretty awesome too.

    Awesome job! It'll be a while before I'm deadlifting my own weight... Still 10 lbs away from it... wow... didn't realize I was that close, actually. Disregard my statement. Great job to you!
