KE tea always kills my scratchy throat... it seems odd that we're trying to sell your own concoction to you...

I like the look of your quarter round! Nice job!

I use it, I just don't mention it. I drink a mug or 3 each day.
Thanks! I really like the way it looks. I need to mow tomorrow.

I think I need a sabbatical from the boards. Dunno how long I'll be gone, or if I'll even be back. I'm no longer learning from the boards, and most folks I keep up with here are also on fb. As I'm rarely using my journal, it's time for me to move on, at least temporarily.

Been thinking about that too. I like having my daily check-in, but I don't know that it's really doing anything to help me keep track.

Weird... I've been having the same thoughts. Since I started lifting, I've been spending more time elsewhere learning about that... Not sure I could completely leave this place though...

Yep... I took my time off.
Came back just for the peeps, and read a bit in non-argumentative threads when it's raining or late.

But not interested in any food discussion.

Sabbaticals are healthy. Take care of yourself, and keep that fighting spirit!

I'm kinda back. Kinda, as in, a phantom of what the naiad on the forums once was. I'll check in when I feel like it, and pretty much only check the journals I give a damn about.
If you're looking for photos of food and dog and me, you're SOL, unless I'm particularly full of "give a damn" that day.
If you want to know what I'm eating, I may or may not post it. It may or may not be primal, but it'll usually be better than CW.
If you want to know my workouts, find me on fitocracy.

I've been on a sort of sabbatical too. I find that there is only so much of this place that one person can take.
