First Goal - 255 by 2013
Main Goal - To be healthy for my family... I have an awesome family.
Other Goal - to get off some medications
Final goal - to get to about 180 pounds by 2014
NEW GOAL - When I can start a new journal called "Your dad is not so fat!"

Had bacon wrapped jalapeno stuffed shrimp, ribs, fried okra (second time I've made that mistake there, farking cottonseeded), and boiled veggies with hot sauce for lunch.

Took a detox bath. Definitely feel cleaner, both in and out. We'll see how it goes after the magnesium kicks in.
Also have a tramadol in my system, thanks to SWG. Went and hung with the guys tonight and ended up with a headache because the restaurant was crowded, hot, and noisy. I don't do crowds well. I get twitchy and irritable, thanks to anxiety, especially with heat added to the mix. We got back to his place and I asked for a naproxen (acetominophen and ibuprofen don't work on me.) He returns with a small blue pill and says "no naproxen, but this'll kill your headache. It shouldn't make you dopey."
