This is more of a explosive article title than an all out attack on meat, but still worth a chuckle because everyone knows that oatmeal boosts testosterone, amirite?
If I just said LOL, I lied. Do or do not. There is no try.

Yeah... saturated fat AND whole grains? It's like they can't make up their minds.

I love these "Eat __ because it has __ in it" articles. A two second Google search on l-arginine:

    Animal sources
dairy products (e.g., cottage cheese, ricotta, milk, yogurt, whey protein drinks), beef, pork (e.g., bacon, ham), gelatin , poultry (e.g. chicken and turkey light meat), wild game (e.g. pheasant, quail), seafood (e.g., halibut, lobster, salmon, shrimp, snails, tuna)

It's a non-essential amino acid which can be found in all animal products. That's why you should eat oatmeal.

Oh man, reading's men health is the worst. Every issue its a new bunch of "ab busting" routines, super foods and tips to get women interested. But they have to sell new issues somehow...

Crap like this almost makes me want to believe that there really is some worldwide feminist cabal trying to kill off any trace of testosterone and sexual desire in men
