So this is my first entry in my Primal Blueprint Journal. I'm starting a 30 day challenge to going primal. I tried to become primal since february - but I made lots of exceptions in my diet. My girlfriend thinks the primal diet is nonsense and therefore we sometimes have arguments. We have a kind of a weekend relationship - during the week I'm mostly primal, but on weekends I make lots of exceptions, just for the sake of harmony. She thinks she's becoming fat when she is eating primal (high fat) on weekends and high carb during the week.

I made it clear that I wanna get fully primal and now we are trying to figure out a way in which we wont restrict each other.

Would be interesting to hear if anyone else has such "problems" with his partner in life.
