I have a problems that is driving me crazy. If I have fruits and eggs in the morning, I usually end up emptying my bowels a few minutes later.
If I have them at any other time during the day, I'm fine. It's just in the morning.
I thought it was the bananas but I have cut them out with no effect. I usually also have a cup of tea.
Any ideas? I'm going to try fruit by themselves to see if maybe it's the combination of eggs and fruits.

I switched from decaf coffee to regular and herbal tea. didn't notice much difference. i'll try having breakfast with warm water see what happens.
Umm, everybody poops. I'm not sure why it is a problem?

While those are 'traditional' breakfasts, maybe you would have better results from meat/veggie based breakfasts.

Generally, I don't have to "go" unless I fill up my stomach. When more food comes in, my body tells me old food has to go out. If I don't eat, I won't have to go.
Moreover, fruit and starch create a lot more bulk. Vegetables and meat...not so much. Brutally unpleasant. There's nothing more satisfying than a post-sweet potato poop.

Actually a good hot coffee is well-known for getting things moving, so I guess hot tea would be similar.

I guess I better be more specific. After eating breakfast of fruits and eggs and tea or coffee, I have to run to the toilet with an upset stomach and experience diarrhea. This is pretty regular. Now when I wake up late and eat instead eggs with plantains and coffee for breakfast I have no issues. If I eat eggs at night no problem. If I eat a fruit salad later on the day, no problems. Just seems to be eating on an empty stomach.
When you have diareah what are you flushing out anyway? Your stomach contents or just what's in your long intestine?
