roasted brussel sprouts probably also with bacon
twice baked eggplant
paleo stuffing
gravy of somekind

Current plan (could change):

Duck leg confit
Oyster "stuffing" (oysters, rice, pecans, onions, mushrooms)
Strawberry/orange 'sauce'
Duck fat french fries
Cheese plate w/pepperoncini
Salted nuts w/cayenne (pistachios, cashews, pecans)
Campari

I'm missing a green veggie, so I might ditch the rice stuffing and roast something. OTOH, it's a holiday, so I might not.

All you guys not being the lone primal in a house of CW worshipers have it easy. I'm jealous that you can plan a fully primal feast like that. I made the mere suggestion and got resoudly "booed."

can't wait! I love Thanksgiving and Christmas b/c of the FOOOOOOD!

Those making a paleo stuffing would you share your recipes. I am stuck trying to decide between conventional corn bread stuffing or a faileo version of cornbread stuffing. But perhaps there is a better way. My dh really can't have any grains and I would hate to end the day on a terrible note if I poison him with grain. Is there a non grain option?

But if you have your own corn bread stuffing recipe you could just use the "corn bread" part of this recipe and combine it with yours
