Tonight I made rack of NZ lamb marinaded with rosemary and garlic, a sweet and purple potato and asiago cheese casserole I invented on the fly (potatoes, cheese, onions and butter), a salad and a vegan pumpkin pudding with whipped cream (made from pumpkin, cashews, coconut milk, chia seeds, pumpkin pie spices, maple syrup and a persimmons for more sweetness). We had a fancy bottle of shiraz from Paso Robles, California. Only the whipped cream was not primal (the kind in the can). Who says you can't eat well and stay primal?
