    Primal help in France?

    Primal Fuel
Can anyone here help me out with primal-friendly French terminology? I have already figured out that "Bio" means organic, but how about free-range or pastured? What is the French equivalent in terminology there? Does anyone know the likelihood that the produce and meats sold in the street markets are local, organic, pastured? And some resource where I can find information about what's in season when, and descriptions of some of these fruits and veggies I've never seen before? I'm in western Brittany, if it makes a difference.

There is a poster here by the name of Daydreamer who is a real live Frenchman. Look him up. He might be able to help you.
