IF until 10:30 with lots of 1/2 caf coffee to get me going. The sun really never came up today; hard to feel awake!
Late breakfast:
1c parsnip/carrot mash with heavy cream and butter
1/2c full fat plain yogurt
small handful raisins
1/4c raw trail mix (coconut, banana, cashew, raisin)
Snack:
finished the veggie mash (maybe 1/2 c)
Dinner:
3oz portion rib eye
1/2 large buttercup squash.
I was able to walk this morning on the treadmill again without much discomfort. 1 hour at "8" elevation at moderate speed (3.1mph). I'm trying to be OK with this! Happy to be moving again.
