Have any of you guys checked this out? This was one of the best nutrition and health books I've read in a while... lots and lots of interesting stories and studies.

The idea is 25-45 grams of carbs a day during winter, and normal carbohydrate pattern during summer. Along with sleeping at-least 9.5 hours a night during winter, and much less in summer.

Not that I advocate any of it, but it was a damn good read and most of the points I do fully agree with. Check it out if you have some extra money and want a good read!
