Lifehacker, in this post, quotes Anahad O'Connor in saying that lifting fewer heavy things is better than lifting more light things. Anahad O'Connor's editorial is given within the lifehacker link.

I, myself, am glad that a part of the Primal Blueprint, albeit a less drastic and more common one, is becoming widespread enough for Lifehacker to publish an article on it. Maybe they'll post the most drastic part next; getting adequate sleep!
