Water Weight from Dairy
Hello everyone,
I try once in awhile to add dairy back to my diet, especially butter. But when I do, I can gain as much as five pounds. Then, after I stop, it takes about 2 to 3 weeks to eliminate the weight. The amount of butter is probably 1/2 pound a week.
I think that it might be water weight. But if it is, isn't that a sign of inflammation? Is this a casein reaction?
One more thing, I will get up to an extra inch on my belly. (I'm a guy.)
I look forward to reading your Grok wisdom
