Wow. We gave ourselves food poisoning last Christmas with a pre-stuffed Turducken roll. Found out later that Turduckens are a perfect storm for food poisoning because they're so dense it's hard to cook it through. Live and learn, I guess.

That Kenji turducken recipe was worth it to learn that I can use sausage inside instead of stuffing. Great idea!
