yep I get peckish and sometimes pretty darn hungry, sometimes I have a glass of water and a lie down for 10 mins, sometimes I go for a walk, most times I just try to keep busy, it passes, and it gets easier each time you do it.
Also drink plenty of water, you get lots of water from food, especially if you eat lots of veg, you need to replace this or your'll dehydrate and feel crap.
You know all those pictures of Adam and Eve where they have belly button? Think about it..................... take as long as you need........................
