    Primal Fuel

Its probably a bit fattier than beef, but soo tasty

N yes,im so lucky to live where i do. Some might think me crazy because i live in a 40m2 cottage in the middle of a forest with no electricity or water coming in n love it - especially with the cold winters around here. But theres wood in the forest so i guess ill survive

sounds awesome 40-50m² is the normal size for an apartment here in Nice remind me where exactly you live? I spent a great week near Kittila a few winters back.

i live quite close to the capital Helsinki, about 40 km away. But here it can mean almost total isolation. First neighbour (my mil ) is about 2 km away, but shops, trainstation etc civilization is a village centre about 10 km away.

We are just finishing building a log cabin in Paljakka- its about straight east from Kittilä across the country (about 300km id say)...

We used to spend much time up from Kittilä in western lapland (Muonio, Hetta) but now when we are finishing our own place i think we w stick to te east

morning started with gym- doing some sprints and a cirquit with kettlebells + some planks thrown in

then my traditional salad breakfast with leftover grilled fish. (yesterday my hb's eldest son came around n did some fishing)

soon will go to the shop and fix my hb some mozzarella salad- a fave he craves once in a while n ill grill something. just a different salad for me or just add onion n skip the cheese...

later in the evening i think ill make a primal pancake-

1 egg, 10gr whey proteinpowder, 10gr ground flaxseed, 10gr coconut flour, some coconut oil, maybe a drop of stevia. mix n into the microwave for 1-2min. so good topped with some sweet berries.

    Primal Blueprint Expert Certification

weekend of building n logging all by manpower... phew

eats were mostly primal, stores were closed all around so had to make due with what we had in the freezer n in the forest

So it was grilled meat with fried mushrooms for both lunches... proteinpowder n coconutflower pancakes with blueberries for dinner.

Some beer was involved- dang hot n dragging logs from the forest with hubby so just had to surrender.

    But now back to normal.
