Yeah, we're all mostly just going to quote Mark Sisson. My favorite fats, for health reasons, are tallow and coconut oil and coconut milk (the good thick stuff, like Aroy-D, not the fake SO Delicious water). Olive oil is usually counterfeit and make with soybean (a rancid, harmful oil) or other trash oils, so I avoid it. Nut fats are great, as are most whole food fats. I get them by eating the whole food - like avocados, nuts and eggs. Since you're studying fats, you already know vegetable oil is poison, as are most seed oils. Animal fats are the least inflammatory and promote optimal cholesterol activity in the body.
