They are close by you; you'll probably get your order the next day.

I use coconut flour, which I get at Whole Foods for $4/lb.

I get rice flour and tapioca flour at my local Chinese grocery store for $1/lb.

I forgot I have one of those about 12 miles away. I may go. I wouldn't go for Whole Foods itself, but they are in a mall parking lot. I am surprised at $4 a pound... Whole Foods is so dang expensive. I once went looking for wild halibut.... $27 a pound.....

We get our almond meal and walnuts, cashews etc from Trader Joes. Much better price than the local grocers.

Lol you should try to ask the guys behind the counter next time if they have just the collars. I get those for $3/lb, and even though some of the poundage is bone, it is still way cheaper than the fillets. Although fishing season is over, so you might have to wait until next spring...

You'd be surprised what you can buy there for cheaper than most places. I actually really like the bulk bins because when they go on sale, they're the best price you can get anywhere.

I just came home from WF..... I just wanted to see the prices for almond flour, and it was $13.99 a pound. I think coconut flour was $4.99 at this store.

I did see the other 2 flours but don't know what would use them in....

If you wanted to deep fry something, I found rice and tapioca flour to be pretty effective coaters. And yeah, I don't buy almond flour. What a waste of money and whole almonds!
