I have never had macadamia nuts. These are just too expensive here. Have you tried pecan nuts? I might have to look into that again, but I remember seeing that their omega3 to 6 ratio was really good.
ETA. Actually from what I saw on here. 1oz pecan nuts contains:
20.2g. Saturated Fat 1.7g Monounsaturated Fat 11.4g Polyunsaturated Fat 6.1g
IMO almonds contain too many PUFAs
