Since going primal my hunger has diminished and so has my old never ending thinking about food.

My husband and I were discussing last night how we both no longer think about what's for lunch or dinner. I just eat when hungry and eat to be full then get on with other stuff. My obsession with food has gone, I kinda feel free.

We're going on holiday in a few weeks time and normally I would research all the restaurants in the area and check out their menus. Haven't even looked this time. Looking forward to the fresh seafood and salads though.
