    Not sure what to write...ha

    Im not really a journal kind of person but I hear all the time that your suppose to write down what you eat to keep accountable so why not here.. where others can help...


    Oh I'll write what I ate today.

    I didnt feel like eating today so I ate around 10. 2 scrambled eggs and some bacon, coffee, half and half, stevia in the raw.

    I drank my nutribullet smoothie around 2. spinach, apple, banana, flax seed, and water.

    Im making a roast to make tacos for dinner. House smells heavenly. So I've decided for my dinner I'll just eat the meat and steam some veggies. Or maybe I'll eat a BAS with it. LOL That just cracks me up. BAS!! I laugh out loud everytime.

    I like to drink wine while making dinner. hum.. not sure if that is okay.. I'll have to research that.

    If anyone reads this I would love your input. Need all the help I can get.

    Off to search this site a little more so I can plan tomorrows food.

    Welcome, mama. Once you get used to planning primal meals it is ever so much fun.


    My food today, in case it gives you some ideas haha.

    B: Grilled thick bacon, mushrooms sauteed in beef broth. Primal truffle balls.
    L: Fried egg, cucumber and guacamole wheels. Softserve icecream (blended berries, banana and real cream)
    S: Chilli cashews, dates, feta.
    D: Slow cooker lamb neck chops, buttered carrots.

    Im interested in the primal truffle balls, ice cream. They sound yummy.

    Hi, Mamaoftwins. Saw you posting in Siobhan's journal, and I was struck by the great double meaning of your name, so I had to jump over and check you out.
    I've found the journalling has been a great help to me, even when I am off plan, because it keeps me mindful of what I am doing.

    Today so far has been good. Am-Nutri bullet spinach smoothie. lunch-salad with roast. Snack-Inka plantain chips just a few. Going to have chicken for dinner and some veggies

    Had coconut milk in a smoothie last night and today my stomach is alittle icky . Not eatting too much today . Afraid to

    well, my stomach feels flatter from not so much food yesterday. Happy about that. It also isent so icky.

    Finding this is so much easier than any life change Ive ever made. No calorie counting. I can eat yummy food. Food I like. Im not feeling so overwhelmed. Feels like a plan that I can stick with.

    So heres my plan of action for the day..

    A. nutri bullet smoothie
    L. BAS, chicken,
    D. chicken dish in crockpot.

    snacks- I LOVE plantains chips but I live too far from the health food store. Thinking of buying them online and having them shipped.

    No exercise so far. I have this mental block. Whats wrong with me? I need a kick in the pants.

    Off to get the twins off to school and me ready for work...

    You are doing great. The flat tummy is such a great feeling isn't it? I'm sure it comes from dropping the wheat and grains.

    Don't worry too much about exercise, one day you will be surprised to find yourself feeling like it.
