    Shovelglove Movements

I do this at least 3 times a week now on my weight training days. You can really feel it in your muscles the next day. I just set the timer for 14 minutes and work my way through the movements and then repeat until the timer goes off. I put on an 80's youtube music mix to do it to and it's a good workout. I want to increase to twice a day on those days. I also do sandbags on those days.

Glad this got bumped to the first page.

I live in a condo and don't have much room for equipment. Have a pull-up bar and a few dumbbells at the moment. I was thinking of adding some kettlebells, but this seems like a better idea.

    Thanks for the guide!

    Review my video?

Hey. I dabbled with shovelglove a while ago, and have been inspired to break the hammer out again.

I liked some of Timothy's movements, so I videoed myself doing them. Any comments on form appreciated.

    Hi,

Does anyone know if there are going to be any additional courses for the SCC at Urban Primalist? Just curious. Would love to read them.

Just started this today. I only did 5 minutes and that's plenty for now. Man, you really feel it afterwards!

If you live in the US and you have a Harbor Freight near you, you can get hammers for dirt cheap. I got a 16 lbs for $19. 16 lbs is brutal when shugging.

I've been gradually working my way up to the full recommended 14 minutes. It's a lot of fun. I really do find myself pretending I'm shoveling snow and chopping wood and stuff. And I can definitely feel myself getting stronger. I've been looking at kettlebells, but I think I'm going to stick with this for a while first.

I got my 10 pounder wrapped up yesterday. Can't wait to get started later today.

Anything that lets me play with sledgehammers is pretty cool in my book.
