I would up your protein and make sure you are getting enough veg.
I'm sort of on a bender with coconut oil. I made some liquid stevia, cocoa powder chocolates and eat a few too many. I know it is sort of a crutch but they are so delicious and while coconut oil sort of hurts the tummy at first, after a while it is quite soothing. No weight gain from it and the carb flu is leaving quickly, and the fats may be helping with that. Just wondering if there is a limit I should follow. Sitting at 73-84% fat as my daily, carbs 4-7% and protein 9-22% for the last couple of days.

Yeah, I do need to eat a little more, but am on VLC <30g a day. It's been challenging to stay in that zone.
I know you are looking for weight loss but it would probably worth upping the carbs a bit if you are struggling and cut some of the chocolate.

I would say lots of coconut oil is fine, but lots of cocoa powder and liquid stevia aren't!
If you are spending way too much time in the bathroom then you are eating too much coconut oil. Otherwise go for it. I do second what was said about losing the stevia though.

No stevia either. Link to why it is so bad? I may have to angle to rid myself of it after carb flu. The Lo carb is also to correct insulin resistance. I could eat more greens of course.
