Goat's/sheep's dairy - that alone counts for more than 20% of my calories. Eating more of that than I did before I went primal. That's not part of my 20%, as I am of Celtic stock with proven genetic adaptation to take advantage of dairy.
Alcohol could be another deviation - again, I'm of Celtic stock.
Oh, and potatoes without their skins - well, obviously, those don't count either.
Just eating what my ancestors ate (plus some Mediterranean and South-East Asian primal-friendly goodies).
F 5 ft 3. HW: 196 lbs. Primal SW (May 2011): 182 lbs (42% BF)... W June '12: 160 lbs (29% BF) (UK size 12, US size 8). GW: ~24% BF - have ditched the scales til I fit into a pair of UK size 10 bootcut jeans. Currently aligning towards 'The Perfect Health Diet' having swapped some fat for potatoes.
