I can't believe all you people, bragging about all those non-Primal foods you are eating!!!!!
Chocolate and/or other sweets, hands down, gets me every time. Halloween was a doozy this year, lol!!!
Wine on a regular basis. Pizza every couple of months. There's gotta be some essential food groups in there somewhere. Haven't had popcorn in about a year and a half, but craving it lately so probably will soon do a batch in my Whirley Pop.
Live your life and love your life. It's the only one you get.

I eat out at a sushi buffet every once in a while. All that soy!![]()
Cheesecake!!! I don't eat it often, only every couple months, but damn I sure enjoy it when I do. I drink wine or scotch almost nightly. I go to restaurants a few times a week, so the crappy quality of foods and oils are in my 20%. I'm not super-strict anymore, I've loosened up quite a bit on how I eat. Funny thing is, when I did that, I started losing weight again. go figure.
I'm not sure how deadly it is, but I love Snickers. I've had a few, okay, okay more than just a few of the small fun size ones lately.
Hummus, too much dairy...
A bit of peanut butter lately.
Basically if I am hanging out socially I'll have whatever I want about once a month, so like a burger or something.

My journal
Wine, scotch
A weekly junk food meal (usually Pizza and beer) and the odd sweet thing from a bakery.
Sushi, red wine and 70-85% dark chocolate get eaten weekly too.
Wine, hard liquor, liqueurs (hate beer) and Mike's Harder Lemonade here and there (a couple a month), no schedule for it. But one drink at a time - never all at the same time.
DARK CHOCOLATE weekly. Good quality cheese, especially chevre (weekly).
My food quality is still in transition (for the better), so there is that conventional meat issue, but I feed a big family on a budget and I'm not above feeding them regular meat while I am still sourcing affordable better flesh.
What I would like to do is take a bath in brownies, but I know if I eat just one, that is the cliff for me, so I just can't. Same for Nutella. I stick decently close because I am afraid of my sweet tooth.
