    Multivitamin for those who can't swallow capsules or large pills?

    Primal Fuel
    I've tried, and I just truly cannot swallow capsules or large pills.

    So that leaves small tablets, chewables, capsules that can be opened, powders or liquids.

    Can anyone recommend a high quality multivitamin/supplement (general or for women) for me?

    Get something in liquid or powder form. Goes down easy even on an empty stomach.

    You can chew the tablets and break them down.

    Thanks. Any recommendations for specific brands? Barring capsules or big pills, which form is best absorbed?

    An acquaintance recommended Vitamin Code, which specifically says its capsules can be opened. Anyone know about this:

    No effect.

    Your stomach acid is going to break down the tablet anyways.
