i see a lot of links to elana's pantry around here (it's how i found her), & obviously everyone is switching out some of the ingredients. now, i cook a lot & have pretty much no fear when it comes to changing ingredients for cooking, but baking is a whole 'nother matter. i'm good at it if there's a recipe, but switching stuff out doesn't always work (the last loaf of almond bread i made was... not good.).

i want to make these, or at least add the recipe to my personal primal cookbook, but i'm not sure what to do about that grapeseed oil. can i just substitute the same amount of coconut oil, or do i need to adjust the amount?

obviously, i'll be changing the agave to something else entirely. sweetness i can figure out, but if you mess up the oil, bad things might happen...
