The more I study and read up on Paleo/Primal the more I realize how much people don't know and how much politicians, special interests and industries play a role in keeping us unfit. Up until a few months ago I count myself in this "duped" crowd as well.

Eating primal is not a diet, it is a way of life.

LOL. I've seen, worked with and read these bat crazy nutritionists for years. Even, in desperation, followed their advice for a # of years. I'm far healthier (and 70 lbs lighter) since I found that fat & meat are far better for me than crappy grains & soy.
I live in LA and I will continue to eat meat 3 times a day.
