    Hi, I am new here. I have an immune deficiency and I am trying out a low carb diet to see if it helps my overall health.

    EDIT: Turns out there is a thread for introducing yourself. Guess it is a little big of me to demand my own thread then. So ignore this thread and I'll post in the 'Obligatory forum introduce yourself thread'.
