I've made a really quick stir fry by using TJ's Broccoli slaw mix and thawed cooked shrimp--I just throw some in a skillet with coconut oil. It only takes about 1-2 minutes to warm and get coated with the oil. At the end, I sprinkle on sesame seed, and that's it--quick and light for summer and yummy too. A bag of each (slaw mix and shrimp) made three meals for me, and it tasted fresher than the frozen stir-fry veggie mixes.
