I think that I am now around 12 % bodyfat and I will try to reach a healthy 8 %. I guess that Mark Sisson, estimated from his photos is around 8 - 9 %. So if I drop 4 % of bodyfat, then I will be somehow around 202 lb. of bodyweight, and that will suit me perfectly...

There have been some criticisms that mono-diets are not paleo because they have no variations! My egg diet is a duo-diet though, since I am cycling with potatoes on 3 of the weekdays. But what about the paleo hunters that chased let's say Mammoths? I am pretty sure they only ate mammoths for very long periods of time, and nothing else, so nothing wrong about mono-diets per se from a paleo perspective! Anyhow, it’s only for a limited period…
I am down to 202.0 lb. today, that's the news from the scale when I tested it after my afternoon workout, so a weightloss of 6.4 lb. from yesterday and down 10.3 lb. since Monday. That may look impressive, but just remember that the human body actually is a big "sponge" that consist of more than 70 % water, so it is mostly waterweight that will be regained when eating some carbs, but maybe just maybe I have lost a pound of bodyfat though, if I am lucky...
Today I finally hit the wall - "THE BONK" - when depleting most of the glycogen in my body. Training high volume weight training without sufficient carbs is a miserable affair indeed, so to get energy for the workout tomorrow I decided to do the planned dieting protocol for wednesday, the carbup that I skipped, so 3 lb. of potatoes, 11 whole eggs & 11 extra eggwhites are on the menu today and for the rest of the weekend as well. My bodyweight is 203.8 after the afternoon workout that was very, very, low intensity due to no energy whatsoever.
Ketosis is not a good place to be when doing almost 50 set of weighttraining...

Yes, that's what most experts recommends, but I am a bit hooked on high volume training, so let's see if the glucose from the potatoes is enough to avoid that this happen again, if not I'll have to reduce the volume. I am also doing cardio in the morning, so I am very much aware that I am pushing the limits here...
