so basically my total cholesterol is "high" but my HDL is high and my triglycerides are low... I understand this is good no? Still would be cool to get some opinions though... I'm a 26 year old female, 125 lbs-ish and 5'7".

total cholesterol is 218
> HDL is 79
> LDL is 126

> Triglycerides are 63
> Chol/HDLC ratio is 2.8

I am having some issues lately with not feeling hungry but knowing i have to eat by 1. getting cold and 2. high pulse and racing thoughts... like 120-140 pulse at that point... thyroid seemed to check out though. Maybe just not used to having such little body fat (before I went PB I weighed about 135, would it make much difference I wonder?)
