Hiya folks;
I found a site that I can log what I eat in a day and it tells me how many calories, grams of fat, carbs etc.
I'm wondering if there is a site that will also tell me my %'s as in, how much of what I ate was fat, protein etc.
I know I could take hours (for me anyway) to figure it out mathematically, but .....I'm too lazy and busy for that.
Anyone know of any site like that?

i've started using MyNetDiary.com - its pretty good!
Myfitnesspal.com
Also has app that automatically syncs. Pretty awesome.
I like the one at paleotrack.

dailyburn is a good one that will tell you your fat/protein/carbs ratio in a nice little pie chart. I keep track of my cals and stuff on myfitnesspal.com and sometimes plug it in to dailyburn to make sure I'm hitting my personal macro goals.

There are a lot of good ones, I like ones that can be edited by users, because that ensures that a lot of brand names will be in the database so I don't have to approximate when I eat something prepackaged; plus it allows you to save custom foods or meals that you eat on a regular basis.
I use Biggly, rather than a website.
It's easy to add any custom foods and it can track a lot more than just calories or macro percentages.

Doesn't work with Macs though

I use to use fitday (free) for a bit....for shits and giggles.
