Situation: Guacamole made with two avocados, I ended up eating ALL the guacamole except for a few bites some one else ate. What affect will this have? Currently trying to lose weight...if were looking at calories this definitely put me over the top for what I needed

I once heard that when eating avocados, all of the fat is not necessarily absorbed by your body. Not too concerned, though I wonder how it will affect my weight loss goal... also wondering whats going to happen when it decides to leave my body
