    Gain weight on PB

    Primal Fuel
I am already a very slim guy and eliminating grains, dairy and now eggs (sensitivities) has caused me to lose a lot of weight. Any suggestions how I could gain weight the primal way?

    Thanks

Squats and deadlifts. Eat lots of food.

Eating more calories overall will help, but higher carbs such as fruit and nuts might make it faster.
