I'm 22 and I am a track athlete at USC. I need to change my eating habits for my sport as well as my life. I have been a picky eater my whole life and have never really been close of being in the best shape i can be. It is my senior season and I want to be in the best shape i can be for once in my life.

I have always struggled with veggies and made some great smoothies with greens and veggies, idk if thats good though? I want to break this habit of eating bad food. I am hoping this site and people on here can help me change my way of eating in my life for the good and hopefully bring me closer to getting to the next Olympics.

I am 6'1 and I had 12% body fat last spring semester at around 205, now i am 220 and I would like to be fit and lean around 190. Im looking forward to getting help from all of you.
