Can we discuss supplements for an extended potato diet.
Liver tabs with take care of A, B's, Zinc?
Would need a Selenium, E, calcium and K2 supp
Maybe a minimal omega 3 supp?
Added salt of course for sodium.

I would rather eat a bit of liver and a can (or couple raw) oysters everyday if I were to go more than 2 weeks.

I am trying the PPD to help get rid of holiday weight gain. Unfortunately I have been celebrating with food for about two weeks straight. I am encouraged by the success stories I have seen. Day 1 is today.
Anyone with me?

I suppose if you're going to go on a low calorie diet for quick weight loss potatoes are very nutritious. I presume its low in calorie. Are people tracking calories?

I looked at the threads and noticed quite a few dropped off rather quickly from said threads and some haven't posted at all any more on this web site after the initial exuberance shown.
