I am trying the PPD to help get rid of holiday weight gain. Unfortunately I have been celebrating with food for about two weeks straight. I am encouraged by the success stories I have seen. Day 1 is today.

I suppose if you're going to go on a low calorie diet for quick weight loss potatoes are very nutritious. I presume its low in calorie. Are people tracking calories?
I looked at the threads and noticed quite a few dropped off rather quickly from said threads and some haven't posted at all any more on this web site after the initial exuberance shown.
