Hey Erik,

I agree with you that thinking too much about your own issues makes you even more miserable most likely.
However the other extreme to not think at all and let others decide about your life seems to be very unhealthy from my point of view either. From this point of view it seems easy to me to blame others for whats happening into your life behaving like a victim and denying the responsibility for your actions.

On Topic : Nothing about anxiety changed for me altering my diet.
