grok squatting and circulation
I have been grok squatting for as long as I can remember, it's just more comfortable than sitting on the ground. However usually after 15 minutes or so of doing it my feet will start to fall asleep, does this happen to everyone? Or am I doing something that is cutting off my circulation?
I can squat for a minute or so before my circulation starts to go, I assume because the backs of my legs have a decent bit of fat which in my guess is clamping down on bloodflow in the back of the knee.
