do they contain aspartame or msg? Some people are more sensitive to those than others. I use protein shakes as a meal replacement, and still experience a sugar buzz even though it's technically sugar free.

If you're getting a headache, perhaps it's to do with dehydration? That much protein does mean you should keep fluids up...
Are you taking creatine?

Try mixing some simple carbs in it with, I like to mix my protein shakes with 8oz almond milk, 4oz of berries, and a tbsp of almond butter. Good dose of everything (good fats, protein, carbs) , and still fairly low carb (if thats your thing) Of course, this is just a replacement for real food, I tend to eat a protein rich meal after a workout anyways if im not on the go.
Tough to say without looking at the ingredients list but my guess is that it may be related to your training. What do you do for exercise? Also, I tend to get headaches after workouts when I don't eat a large enough post-workout meal. This may be highly individual but you could try ditching the shake and eating a full meal after your workout. If your workout is fairly intense, you should eat some carbs pwo as the cortisol spike could be causing the headache as well. Whey protein isolates spikes insulin which is good post-workout, but bad if you are sensitive to rapid insulin changes...
