something small and light will probably be best...soft boiled eggs are a good idea. i used to break my 36 hour fasts with a pretty decent sized omelet because i though eggs would be best too, but now i think anything would work just fine. i do think smaller is better. you might be ravenous a couple hours after that, but focus on starting off small so you don't make yourself uncomfortable with a big meal.

I tend to have occasional stomach upset, and so I am a bit cautious against eating anything I want, even if what I want is Primal.
