Every year I have made a weightloss goal for the new year, but that is so depressing!! I have decided to be happy with my current weight and set a strength goal this year and would love to hear some other strength or non weight related goals.

I want to deadlift twice my bodyweight by the end of next year which would be 250 pound dead. I am up to 1.5 times now.

I also want 10 dead hang pullups. I am up to 4.
