I'm making all my primal favorites:
-turkey, of course
-sweet potato, diced, roasted in coconut oil with pumpkin pie spice and salt
-cauliflower, shredded, sauteed till golden in coconut oil and some salt
-a whole onion, head of garlic, and acorn squash roasted, then blended with bone broth for soup
-roasted brussels sprouts with almonds and mushrooms
Not sure what my dessert will be yet. But, I'm making bacon-wrapped, bleu cheese-stuff dates for an appetizer. Maybe I'll have one or two...
