After I lost weight by nourishing my body with fat and highly nutritious foods like liver and green vegetables, it all suddenly became clear the insanity we've been wallowing in for decades now. How on earth did we ever think that we could fool our bodies with nutritionless foods? Did we really think that our brains and eyes could trick our inner workings into believing that what we put in it was just as good, wasn't a sign of starvation?
